According to the administration, roadside construction materials, poorly maintained toilets and urinals, pigsties, and illegal structures actively compromise road safety, pose severe public health risks, and degrade the environment.

The official directive serves as a final enforcement notice following a previous order numbered Order No. DCK/REV/MISC-14/2025/428 B, which was issued on November 27, 2025.

The District Magistrate warned all concerned parties to dismantle and clear these encroachments immediately. Failure to comply will result in unauthorized structures, materials, and vehicles being forcibly removed by competent authorities without further notice.

The administration stated that the entire cost of the clearance operation will be recovered directly from the defaulting parties.
