The event was graced by Zilla Adhyaksha Shri Kado Lepcha as the Chief Guest and Horticulture Department Chairman Mrs Ongkit Lepcha as the Guest of Honour.
Activities included an exhibition of agricultural products, a welcome address by Agriculture Development Officer Miss Chimi Yangzom Lepcha, and speeches by Project Director Shri D. T Bhutia and Deputy Project Director Shri Padam Gurung.
Technical presentations on Soil Health Management were delivered by Mr. Palden Bhutia, while District-Level and Block-Level ATMA Awards along with financial cheques were distributed to progressive farmers.
Chief Guest Shri Kado Lepcha addressed the gathering to appreciate the initiatives of the Agriculture Department and ATMA in promoting agricultural development.
