According to the publication, the final voter list published by the sub-divisional administration shows a total of 14,258 voters across the 13 wards of Melaghar Municipal Council. This total includes 7,242 male voters and 7,016 female voters. The final voter list has no third-gender voters registered.
The ward-based reservation status designates wards 1, 5, 6, and 8 as unreserved. Wards 2, 12, 13, and 10 are designated as unreserved for women. Wards 3, 9, and 11 are reserved for Scheduled Castes, while wards 4 and 7 are reserved for Scheduled Caste women.
Additionally, information obtained from the sub-divisional administration states that voting will take place across 17 polling stations within the total 13 wards of Melaghar Municipal Council.
