According to the notification, Shri Anindya Kumar Bhattacharya completed his term of re-employment on contract basis as Special Secretary to the Government of Tripura on 14-10-2026 (A.N.).
Shri Tamal Majumdar, who serves as Special Secretary with independent charge of Home (Fire & Emergency Services) Departments and additional charges as Director of Fire & Emergency Services and Special Secretary of the Urban Development Department, has been given further responsibilities.
The Governor ordered that Shri Tamal Majumdar will hold the charge of the General Administration (Administrative Reforms) Department independently, along with the additional charge of Director of Vigilance, Tripura.
The notification states that these changes take effect from 15-10-2026 and will remain in force until further orders.
This is according to a notification issued by the General Administration (Personnel & Training) Department of the Government of Tripura on Dated, Agartala, the @ er, 2026.
