The training will take place daily from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM during the month-long period.
The notification stated that loud sounds of firing and explosions may be heard in and around Mon Town and adjoining areas.
The public has been advised not to panic, as the activities are part of routine training.
Residents were further advised to avoid movement near the firing range and camp during this period, and to ensure the safety of children and livestock.
This is according to a notification issued by IPR Nagaland on October 30, 2026.
